Whether you know exactly what you want or have an idea you’re not sure how to explain, we’re here to help.
Nothing is too much to ask. No question is too small, and no idea is too big to discuss. You don’t need to understand printing, file types or design—we’ll guide you through the options in plain English.
From one personalised gift to clothing for your whole team, every enquiry is welcome.
Ordering from our website
- Choose your product. Select the size, colour and options you would like.
- Make it yours. Enter your wording and instructions in the personalisation box, and upload your artwork where requested. Check names and spelling carefully.
- Place your order. Complete checkout, and we’ll contact you if we need to clarify anything before making it.
Please read the product’s artwork requirements before uploading. If your file isn’t suitable or you don’t know what to send, get in touch—we can explain what’s needed and quote for any design or editing work.
Can’t find what you’re looking for?
Ask us! Our website shows some of what we do, but your idea doesn’t have to fit an existing listing.
We welcome enquiries for:

Send us your idea, a photo, a sketch or a few words about what you have in mind. If you know the quantity, approximate size and when you need it, include those too. If you don’t, we’ll help you work it out.
We’ll discuss what’s possible and confirm the price, any design fees and the expected turnaround before you commit to a custom order.
